Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders or made-to-order products. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re reserving a product that is either out of stock or currently in production.

  • Depending on the product, we may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout.

  • You may cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled or shipped for a full refund.

  • Once your pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.

Made-to-Order Items

Some Printed Precision products are printed or assembled specifically after your order is placed.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours or once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
