1. General Information

Printed Precision provides custom and ready-made 3D-printed products, primarily designed for use in the film and camera industry. All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

Provide accurate shipping and payment information

Not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Product Information & Availability

We do our best to ensure product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

All products are subject to change or discontinuation without notice

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections or color variations may occur—these do not affect product functionality and are not considered defects.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Most orders are processed within 5 business days, but please note: Printed Precision is operated by a working Steadicam operator active in the film industry. There may be occasional delays if we're on set.

Some items are made to order or customized, which may extend processing times depending on order volume.

We’ll always do our best to communicate clearly about your estimated timeframe and keep you updated if anything shifts.

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen carrier.

Printed Precision is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our items, all sales are generally final. However:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including a possible replacement or refund

We do not accept returns for general wear, incorrect installation, or damage caused by misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, and content on our website are the property of Printed Precision unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any of our products or content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printed Precision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products. Always use products responsibly and in accordance with their intended use.
